上海市田林第二中学和英国诺福克郡艾尔歇姆中学(Aylsham High School)结成国际友好学校并开展长期的互惠互利的教育交流活动。这些合作将通过以下活动实现：
--在专门领域开展校际交流,如目前数学学科的交流合作及两校学生间在可能条件下进行画画、歌曲等方面的友好比赛
--增加学生利用互联网信息技术交流的机会
--语言课程内容的充实丰富
--学生和教师的互访活动

双方合作的细节将由两所学校的校长协商通过。

Memorandum of Understand
No.2 Tianlin Middle School, Xuhui District, Shanghai, China and Aylsham High School, Norfolk, UK. have agreed in principal to be international partners:
Both schools agree to develop long term education programmes of mutual benefit for their students. This will be achieved through: development of links in specific subject areas, for example, maths links and holding some competitions of singing English songs or drawing comic strips between us students of two schools in some possible ways, expansion of opportunities for students to use electronic communication, curriculum enrichment for language learning, exchange visits of students and teachers. In addition, we hope to advance the professional development of the staff of both schools by sharing best practice in education.
Both schools will communicate by fax and in English Language. Signed by the head teacher of each school and in the future by email after agreeing the address.
This partnership has full support of Xuhui District Education Bureau and the Education and Cultural Section of the British Consulate General in Shanghai.
